Click here to go to Google Data Tools.


  1. At the top of the list click Select none.
  2. Scroll down to Drive and click the slider to turn it on.
  3. Select which File and Folders you wish to copy.
  4. Click the drop down arrow left of that slider and ensure Documents, Forms, Presentations and Spreadsheets are all set to the Microsoft options. Ensure Drawings is set to your preferred option.
  5. Click Next.
  6. For file type choose .zip
  7. For Delivery method choose Send download link via email.
  8. Down the file when you get the emailed link.
  9. Extract the .zip file and upload the documents to OneDrive.
